How Your Order Works

01Choose Your Set
Select your collection size, runner length, and fabric design to create the look you love.
02Place Your Order
Choose local pickup or shipping, then submit your order request. No payment information is required on our website.
03Check Your Email
We'll email you a secure Square invoice with a link to complete your payment.
04We Get to Work
Once payment is received, we'll begin creating your set. Most orders are ready for pickup or shipping within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for USPS delivery.

Made Just for You Each collection is made specifically for your order. Because of this, completed orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can make it right.

Fabric Availability Our first Fall Gathering Collection release is limited to just 10 sets. Fabric designs are available while supplies last, and we'll always confirm availability before requesting payment. We won't substitute fabrics without your approval.

A Quick Note About Payment With only 10 sets available in this release, we want to give everyone a fair opportunity to order. Square invoices must be paid within 2 hours of receipt. If payment isn't received, the selected fabric and collection availability may be released to another customer.

FAQs

Is the fabric I want still available?

Availability on this page updates as sets are claimed. If a fabric shows as available when you check out, you can order it. This first drop is only 10 handmade Gathering Table Collections, so favorites may go quickly.

How do I choose my runner length?

Our runners come in three lengths: 42", 54", and 66" (all 13" wide). Measure your table point to point and decide where you would like your runner to end. Every table is different, so the right length is your preference. The 66" length is available with the 6-Place Collection only. Because every set is made to order, please measure before you choose.

How does checkout work?

After you submit your order, we send a secure invoice from Square to the email you provide. You pay on Square's secure page, and no card details are ever entered on this site. The invoice usually arrives within a few minutes. If you do not see it, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us.

How long do I have to pay my invoice?

Your selections are held for two hours. If the invoice is not paid in that time, the hold is released so someone else can claim the set.

Can I change my monogram, or skip it, after I order?

Yes. Your set comes with a complimentary machine-embroidered monogram. Email us at hello@graceinthegrind.org within the two-hour window before your invoice is due, and we will update it. After payment, your set moves into production.

What does shipping cost, and where do you ship?

Shipping is a flat $11 within the United States. We do not ship internationally. If you are local, you can choose free pickup in Dothan, Alabama at checkout.

How long will my order take?

Your set will be ready within 5 business days after your payment is received, then shipped or made available for pickup. Every piece is handmade, and we want to do it right.

Will my utensil holders be cork or faux leather?

Your utensil holders are made from either cork or faux leather, depending on the material we have available when your set is made. Every holder in your set is the same material, and each is finished to coordinate with your fabric.

Can I order more than six place settings?

Yes. Use the Request a custom quote form on this page and tell us about your gathering. We will follow up personally with options and pricing.

What if something arrives damaged or is not what I ordered?

Hi, I'm Felecia, the founder of Grace in the Grind. I've always loved creating things that bring people together.
